1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website happyglimmer.space and the services provided by Happyglimmer Pty Ltd (ABN 74 612 908 431), located at 45 The Esplanade, Cairns QLD 4870, Australia. By using this website or booking our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

Happyglimmer is a 100% offline, physical casino hotel. We do not offer online gambling, remote wagering or any form of internet gaming. All gaming services are provided exclusively in person at our licensed venue in Cairns, Queensland. Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the casino floor; valid photo identification is required.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Room bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date; no-shows are charged the first night.
  • Conference hall hire requires a 30% deposit, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
  • Private gaming lounge hire requires a 50% deposit to secure the date.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Responsible Gambling

Happyglimmer operates under Queensland gaming legislation and maintains responsible-gambling policies, including self-exclusion options and trained staff intervention. Guests are encouraged to gamble responsibly. Help is available via Gambling Help Queensland.
